THE PROBLEM
Our client is a hospital chain in the east coast that wanted speedy analysis and collaboration on their data. While they had digital presence, it was entirely on-premises and as a result, there was opportunity for efficiency improvement.
Pursuit Software studied their entire process by sending its consulting team in the field to see how things could be streamlined and made more efficient. The low hanging fruit in this scenario was migrating the entire process to off-prem cloud. This way, results would be updated real-time and could be shared with research firms for further advanced analysis. In addition, doctors, administrative staff, and even patients could be connected through customized apps accessible via smartphones. Our engineers and consultants discussed the process with the client management, and created a plan, and set the implementation in motion. Based on the initial outcome, pilot tests were carried out, adjustments were made, trainings were provided, and once the client became self-sufficient and comfortable with the cloud, the project was marked as completed.
