Use of separate systems for different activities instead of a consolidated platform also created redundancy and often led to increased manpower costs.
Our Solution
Pursuit Software started the project with a detailed process diagnostic test. This identified use of multiple systems for different activities. In addition, inefficiency in inventory as well as manpower management were recognized. The optimal solution was the use of Oracle ERP Cloud. This would help maintain the different systems under one umbrella and reduce inefficiency through redundancy. Manpower, inventory, delays, controls, and real-time analytical processing would be greatly improved.
