THE PROBLEM
Our client is a mid-sized hospital chain in the south that wanted a hassle-free experience for its patients, right from admission to claim processing. They had been using on-prem systems and wanted to see if efficiency and availability of the application could be improved keeping in mind the growing demand and incurring costs.
Pursuit software, upon studying the system, understood that SaaS application was the most optimized approach to achieve what the client desired. Our observation of the client systems revealed a lot of scope to automate repetitive processes relating to patient data entries, queue management and collaboration between different departments. Also, the availability of the application was kept in mind. Right from inputting the relevant information from the Patient Entry App in different systems, to automatically sending the relevant information to the claims providers, Intelligent Automation in cloud stands to make life easier for patients, hospital staff, and healthcare providers.
